Membership Costs
0-18 year old - $50 / month ($10/mo for each additional sibling)
19-65 year old - $100 / month
>65 year old - $140 / month
No initial enrollment fee but there is a Re-enrollment fee of $75
Pay 1 year at a time and receive 1 month free.
One time office visit/ non membership visit $150
